To request wholesale access please click on the "Wholesale Log In" page and then click on the "request access" text. You must have a Tax ID number to be approved for wholesale purchasing. Once your account has been approved and created I will send you an email with your username and password and you may then order.
When ordering please choose customer pickup for your delivery type and when your order is completed I will send you a seperate invoice through paypal for actual shipping charges.

Terms of Agreement for Wholesale Purchase of
Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products:
~ All Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products will be sold in a retail environment, including, but not limited to: retail shops and stores, craft boutiques, salons, spas, craft shows, and home parties. Sales of Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products are not permitted at trade shows or websites other than www.GourmetSoyOnline.com
~ The wholesale purchaser will not purchase Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products with the intent to use our products personal use and /or as gifts. Our products are to be purchased for resale only.
~ All Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles will be labeled with a “warning label” which
includes burning instructions and safety instructions.
~ All Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products will be labeled with company name and web address on product, product packaging, and/or display unit. No Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles labels will be removed, re-labeled, unlabeled, over-labeled, or redressed prior to retail sale without written consent and label approval by Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles.
~ All Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products are to be used in accordance with intended use. No Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles candle may be burned in an unsafe manner, or in a manner for which it was not intended.
~ Any retailer who purchases Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles products at wholesale for purpose of reselling must provide a copy of his/her Tax ID certificate.
~ Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles will collect full payment for the wholesale order at the time order is placed. You will be billed separately through paypal for the total of your shipping costs once your order is ready to ship.
~We only charge exact shipping on wholesale orders.
~ All wholesale orders will be delivered or shipped within 2 weeks of payment. Larger orders may take longer and you will be notified if there will be delays beyond this.
~ If our products need to be shipped to your store it is your responsibility to pay shipping costs.
~ Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles will not be undersold. You may sell our products at our retail price or above.
~ Sugar & Spice Gourmet Soy Candles is not responsible for our products being broken, damaged or stolen after our products have reached your store.
~ All wholesale orders will have a minimum of $100 for the first order and $50 for future orders.
PURCHASE OF SUGAR & SPICE GOURMET SOY CANDLES PRODUCTS BY RETAIL DISTRIBUTORS INDICATES AGREEMENT TO ALL SUGAR & SPICE GOURMET SOY CANDLES TERMS AS STATED ABOVE. FAILURE BY RETAIL DISTRIBUTOR TO ABIDE BY SUCH TERMS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN SUGAR & SPICE GOURMET SOY CANDLES AND SAID DISTRIBUTOR.
